ABOUT JULIANNA

MANY PATHS same goal ACCELERATE

Julianna isn’t your buzzword-driven consultant or speaker. A proud graduate of CUNY Baruch, she built her career by saying “yes” to opportunities most people would run from—and turned that curiosity into a decade of expertise in technology, leadership, and organizational growth. Today, she’s known for blending sharp strategy with humor and humanity, helping leaders and teams cut through complexity and accelerate—whether that means improving a system, leading with more confidence, or stepping into their next big opportunity.

In my very first internship interview, I was told: “Pick one thing and become good at it.”

I’m happy I didn’t take that advice.

Because today, you’re not just getting someone who knows transformations. You’re getting someone who studied theater, built websites, worked in nonprofits, led complex payroll and HR system overhauls, and now helps leaders make sense of emerging challenges like artificial intelligence. All those “yeses” to opportunities outside the box made me the perfect fit for solving problems that don’t have a playbook.

That mix of experiences—and the decision to say yes even when I was scared—means I’m built for acceleration. Whether it’s creating better systems, helping leaders become stronger managers, or giving individuals the tools to step into their next opportunity, my career has been about one thing: saying yes, learning fast, and helping others do the same.

Because at the end of the day, my goal was never to be a consultant or a public speaker. It was—and always will be—to help people break down the fear and complexity that hold them back..

A native New Yorker, I have swapper “you guys” for “y’all” and live in Nashville, TN with my two cats. I fortunate to travel the country to meet people where they are and help them move forward. I get to co-host a podcast that breaks down complexity (with plenty of laughs along the way) and share stories on social media that remind us leadership, tech, and life don’t have to be so serious.

MY MOTTO IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE

“CHANGE isn’t about SYSTEMS or OUTCOMES. ITS about PEOPLE, ALWAYS
